Hi guys,
I have just checked my seller dashboard and I have 4 defects on my account where buyers have said items have arrived late. Ebay have classed them as 'Items that weren't posted on time', yet I always post my items on time so this rating seems very wrong and unfair! My dashboard should be for the service I have provided surely, not how Royal Mail performs!
Is there anything I can do to remove these defects?
