How to remove click & collect option in listing even when it's not ticked

I'm offering free postage but listing is showing click & collect option even though it's not ticked.

You can opt out of Click and Collect at ARgos by going to the ACcount tab on your MY ebay page then Site preferences then Postage and Packaging then Click and Collect and edit to the right

With Click and Collect you just post Free postage too Argos of the buyers choice and the address you get when they pay will have a code

it doesn't have to be free postage, sellers can chargwe P&P for click & collect

No, It does not have to be Free postage but that is the service the seller has on their listing

no it's not, they have a postage price for all their items!

If you check the date of the members post you will see it was from 15 Feb 2017 so that post is over a year old.

The seller said that they were offering Free postage on their item.

Whether they have postage on their items now is irrelevant as is not one of the items they have recently sold or have listed now so too late to check now.
