How to post to Hungary (the country).

Hi,

I am selling a product, Good Nature Humane Traps. I have someone from Hungary that wants one, however he is having a problem buying as it says 'this item does not ship to Hungary". 

I have also checked the delivery policy for the product and it says it ships to all EU countries.

Please can you help me out with this situation.

Listings show seller posts to Hungary, but buyer has to to contact you for cost.
