How to pay an item already refunded for a "hasn't arrived" claim?

I received a refund bc I opened a claim, after a while I received the item and now I need to close it or to pay it through the same order so the seller won't have issues.

Is it possible?

Contact the seller infirm them the item has now arrived,  and you wish to repay for it.

They can send you a Money Request through Paypal,  you will need to give them your email address for this,  which is above board , as you have been in a transaction with them.
