How to mark as payment received, buyer paid cash on collection for the item

How to mark as payment received, buyer paid cash on collection for the item.

There is no option on "more actions" and in seller hub there is no "mark as paid option". It just says "awaiting payment". I have marked the item as dispatched but need to mark as payment received so the buyer doesn't keep getting reminded to pay when they have already paid. Also I need to pay the final value fee. Any advice to this problem would be very helpful. Thanks

use the seller hub

go to all orders >> awaiting payment

click on the square next to the item

use the 'more' drop down at the top of the page

mark as payment received
