How to leave negative feedback from non paying buyer

As the title says really, how do I leave negative feedback for someone who has not payed for a winning bid? Looking at the person's profile looks like it has happened more the once.
Thanks

the option for sellers to leave negative feedback was removed over 10 years ago!!

sellers were holding buyers to ransom and feedback was not showing true,

so ebay removed the option for sellers and introduced non payment strikes instead,

these work really well if sellers do it properly,

when you have a non payer you need to complete a non payment case to get your final value fees refunded and give them a non payment strike

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/unpaid-items.html

then add the non payers ID to your blocked list

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin

then set you bidder requirements to block bidders with two or more non payment strikes in the last 12 months

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

once a non payment case has been completed the non payer cannot leave the seller any feedback and any negative feedback they might have left before the case was completed, is removed.

if all the sellers who left rule breaking false positives had opened unpaid cases you would have have been caught by this buyer.

Instead of relisting you should have made a second chance offer to the under bidder ad saved money because you now have two reserve fees to pay.

You cannot....and anyone who left a negative comment on a green do is as much to blame as the buyer....

The procedure is simple

• If an item has not been paid for 48 hours after the listing ended then you can open an unpaid case here http://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/ (you have up to 32 days to do this if you wish to allow the buyer longer to pay but 2 days is the earliest)

• After opening the case if payment has still not been received after 4 more full days then return to the case & close as unpaid to request a fee credit

• Once a case has been closed you can then relist or make a second chance offer to the underbidder

• Once an unpaid case has been opened the transaction cannot be cancelled, only closing the case after 4 days will do this

• You should not simply cancel a transaction as it may leave you with fees to pay & a selling defect

When a case has been closed in your favour as the seller then the buyer receives a damaging unpaid strike against their account & NEITHER of you may leave feedback
