How to leave negative feedback after a refund

Hi

I recently bought an item that didn't arrive, I sent multiple messages to the seller who didn't respond about the missing item. I asked ebay to intervene and they refunded me, I cant leave any feedback for the seller who didn't send the item or respond to my messages. I'd like to be able to warn others about the seller  over a potential similar situation.

So long as you are within 60 days, of course you an leave feedback. Just because LEAVE FEEDBACK is not in the usual place, you can find other links including ACTIONS or MORE ACTIONS.
