How to get import refund from Pitney Bowes

Got LV bag from USA not liked it hence returned it. Received the refund but not received the import charges more then £600

Contacted UK import refund department. Response received in should provide the the import invoice. Which I don't have it. 

It's been a year now. Can anyone please help what to do

Did you complete a proper Return Case  and deal with it through Ebay? Does Global Shipping know you returned it?

I would guess that having left it so long you will have difficulty getting any help from GSP.

This is what ebay say about GSP, I can only assume that you did your own thing as far as returning to seller, this is for sellers but equally implies that returns should be done through ebay/GSP  - 

If your buyer asks you for a refund, you’re only expected to refund the cost of the item and what you charged for domestic postage. We’ll take care of refunding the international postage charges. Please handle any return postage costs directly with the buyer, depending on the reason for the return.
