Ebays current policies surrounding refunds for items which haven't been received centre around the idea that all sellers, especially ones in this case that might be scamming people, are happy to respond to requests for refunds. I waited a long time to hear back from either ebay or the seller on the status of my over $200 purchase which never arrived, and now ebay is saying that's MY fault. The contact number hangs up on you and tells you to go online. is there ANYTHING I can do?
You have 30 days to open & escalate ebay case, if you fail to escalate, case times out.
If still within this time do it ASAP.
If past 30 days, open paypal case, escalate after 2 days.
