How to freeze my account

Hi, it's been a while that I've left my ebay activity behind as a seller, but I must have some set authomatized renewal that is costing me over 3 usd every month, and I would like to stop that, without deleting all my listings, if possible, so that I can go back to them in case I wan't to reactivate them in the future.

Is there a way to freeze my account and stop paying this money every time? I find that the platform is just too full of links that take you everywhere and it's just very easy to get lost in it... maybe it's just my self, but the thing is that I don't want to spend time and effort to try and find the way out of this.

I would love if any ebay guru could help, pointing out the exact steps I need to take! Thanksss!!!!!!

Paolo

As you talk of $3 you are presumably talking about the eBay.com site and would do better to ask there. This is the UK site.  A recurring charge does not ring any bell with me

So you will allow us to spend time finding the answer for you?.

You say you do not sell but you have 15 items listed at the moment.

Are they your items or have you been hacked?

If it is the latter then change your password straight away

Then contact ebay by going to the top of the page Help and contact and then Managing my account the Other problems Someone has used my account

If you want to keep ebay but not pay any fees then you just done use it

You only pay if you sell or list

To check your fees and see wht the charges are for go to the account tab on your MY ebay page then Summary then Fees

This must be an old fee which has not been paid,  it will not just disappear,  it needs to be paid or eBay will chase you for it,  or close your account permanently if you do not pay it.

To see what this fee is for,  go to Account tab >> Seller Account >> Invoices.

You are registered in Spain and are currently on our UK site.  You need to log out and then log back into your country's site,  or ebay.com to manage this.
