Can anyone tell me how to find and download a shipping receipt that has been paid using eBays returns procudure?

What sort of Shipping Receipt.

Normal Procedure would be a Proof Of Postage and Tracking from the Post Office.

Proof of Payment is not proof of postage.

Well yes you get a receipt from the post office as proof of postage but it does not show the cost on it. If you want to claim that cost back through PayPal they will not accept the receipt unless it shows the cost on it...
