How to disable 'Make an Offer' listings as default

Hi,

Ebay keep on allowing offers on listed items that I am selling. 

I'd like to change the function to completely disable ' Make an Offer'...?

On all of my listings I tick 'Dont allow Offers' 

Ebay allow the option when items relist automatically and I do not want this as an option as all goods are fixed price. 

Can anyone help me at all with a step by step instruction..?

You have to use the ADVANCED LISTING FORM, using the quick listing form, ebay think sellers need decisions for you.

I can't see why you make this a problem you don't have to accept any offers, you just decline or if appropriate make a Counter Offer.

You are listing a lot of Brand New Items, implies that you need to Register as a Business Seller as at the moment you are selling illegally and defrauding ebay of their fees.
