How to despatch an item

I’ve sold an item and it’s been collected to show as despatched I need a QR code or 6 digit buyer code but I can’t find it please advise

ebay have introduced these codes without actually telling anyone about them!

the buyer should have shown you the code when they collected

as they didn't do this you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app

use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched
