Hi,
I've gone through the seller and they say my issue is with eBay and I need to contact them directly. Does anyone know how to contact eBay please? The instructions in eBay help are incorrect - the option to escalate an issue to eBay does not exist (under "more action").

The seller may be fobbing you off trying to get you to go over the timeline to claim for a refund here.
There is little or no reason ever to contact eBay.
Did you not receive your item, or one for item not as described? Then, open the relevant case in the Resolution Centre.

Escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand
Do not close the case early on any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
