How to contact eBay

I am unable to get phone number or email or live chat. All the Contact us pages result in Articles and no way of contacting ebay. My buyer refused to pay once they won the bid and then Ebay CHARGED me for the non sale!

You do not need to contact eBay for this.

eBay charge their seller fee the second an item sells,  and not when the buyer pays you.

If your buyer has not paid within 4 days, you can now cancel that order stating buyer has not paid, and your seller fee will be refunded, the item will be relisted unless you choose it not to relist.

Just fyi, in case you think ebay actually works or gives a **bleep**, I already
did that several days ago and they happily charged me for the 'selling' of
the unpaid item.

Do you actually have any useful contact information or are you just
parrotting their useless website 'information'?

Please, don't bother responding if you don't actually possess the requested
information.

You need to do an Unpaid item cancellation to get your fee back.   You can do that after 5 complete days.   More info:

Yes I did that. Duh. They ve still charged me a fee for 'selling' the item.
