How to contact eBay for fraud activity

A seller is consistently sending me small items which I haven't ordered. The seller has paid for it but sending to me. How can I stop this

I am not sure why you think the seller is committing fraud. Where is the fraud?

Are you saying that you have ordered something, and the seller is sending you something else?

If so then complete an "I received an item that does not match the seller's description" case in the Resolution Centre.

Resolution Centre - eBay

If you have not ordered anything from the seller it is more likely to be a mistake.

Do you have the sender's eBay identity?

If so contact them via their eBay Profile page, or their feedback page, and ask them why they are sending you those items.

Alternatively, mark the packages “Not known at this address” and put them back in the post.

Can't really work out the "fraud"... Fraud is when people take stuff off you instead of giving you things!

Why would a seller post items to you, especially if you haven't paid.

More likely a buyer paid & for some reason using your address.
