Hi,
I sold an item which the buyer arranged for courier uplift. He has confirmed receipt and paid for the item. However I confirm that the sale has been concluded to all's satisfaction as the buyer does not have QR code to scan. How do I close this out? Cheers
The code is only for the app. You should still be able to mark as dispatched using a PC or laptop. On My eBay via More Actions, right of item on your sold page. Or on seller hub page click on the item, then top left > Mark as Dispatched.
