I recently sold a bike and the buyer collected it in person. eBay is telling to that I need to scan to confirm the collection. I’ve asked the buyer to provide me with the qr code or 6 digit number . He says he hasn’t received an email with the information in from eBay . He’s happy with the bike , but I need to remove this from my account or confirm the collection at least .
