I was unable to send an item overseas and asked the buyer if we could agree to cancel the order. They agreed but the reason I used for cancelling was that they had requested it as I could not find a listed reason that fitted the situation any better. Is there a way I can change the reason to show that I was repsonsible for cancelling the order?
Any advice gratefully recieved, thank you.
Asan overseas buyer could not pay without you sending a revised Invoice, you could have used reason "Problem with buyers address" but far better using the reason you did as buyer did agree, and he is still able to leave feedback.
No you cant change it but the buyer did agree so the cancellation is correct
If you have UK postage on your item then they should not have bought it
They sould not have been able to pay
You wait 4 full days and then would be able to cancel the transaction
Too late now

Set your buyer requirements as tight as you can
