How to change dispatch time?

Is there any way to change the dispatch time on an item I have already listed (though with no bids or offers on it yet)?

you can revise the listing and change it if you haven't received any bids

Yes, but how do I do that? I have the listing open but I can't see any option to edit the dispatch time.

EDIT: I have deleted the listing and started a new one but I still can't see any option.
