How the hell do I contact ebay by email rather than phone

You don't say why you want to contact eBay but if you'd care to run the problem by us, we may be able to suggest a solution.  Just don't post any personal details or item number into the question.

Item purchased and paid for. Then message from eBay to say words to the effect that item item your interested in is no longer available. Then goes on the say If you've paid for it it will be delivered in a few days. Checked seller account and the account is no longer available. Unable to contact seller. Message from eBay seems contradictory so not sure if I will get item. Not been refunded. If item doesn't arrive how do I address this as I can't contact seller or open a case against them as they no longer exist? Unable to use phone to call eBay due to disability.

If the item doesn't arrive when expected you need to open a case in the paypal resolution centre for item not received. You will get your refund through them.

EBay no longer accepts emails.

Like us, they're probably fed up with users asking questions that they could easily have looked up for themsleves.
