How long is the Feedback window?

How long after buying something is the window for leaving Feedback open?

I bought something on 12 May and the seller says to wait till 29 July before they will either resend or refund. It is not much money so would be happy to lose the item, but not the chance to leave feedback. I have the vague memory that you get three months to leave feedback. If that is true , I will wait. If it is actually two months I will leave negative now.

It's 60 days on the classic site, 90 days on the seller hub.

Didn't know about the seller hub extension, is that just for sellers leaving it for buyers?

Buyers opening cases against poor sellers is far more effective than leaving feedback, as many buyers do not check that before they buy the item.

You have 30 days from the actual/expected date of delivery to open a case in eBay.

Beyond that your only chance to get a refund is in PayPal.

You have 180 days there but may need to send the item back with tracked postage at your expense if necessary, to get a refund.
