How does posting an item to an argos store work

Just wondered how i go about posting an item that the buyer wants sending to an argos store for collection

Buyer can only use click & collect if seller has opted in before listing, not all your items are,

you wait until buyer pays, then post to Argos address supplied by paypal, make sure you put reference number on label.
