How do you update the status of an order

I've got three items that the tracking with Royal Mail shows that they have either been delivered or collected.  However on my Ebay they are showing as dispatched.  Is there any way to update the status?  One of the items even has feed back from the buyer yet still says dispatched!

Did you send the item back with fully tracked postage or if the item sent was larger than a Large Letter do you have the 16-digit code? Did you add the tracking to the listing?

If you did, and it shows the item has been delivered then contact eBay CS.

Ask them to check the delivery status on the carrier website, and to update the status of your listing.

The best time to call is early morning as then you are most likely to be put through to Dublin rather than the Philippines.

At weekends lines open at 9 a.m. Weekdays at 8 a.m.
