How do you email ebay???

New to ebay. Surprised by the amount of people that bid and don't pay for an item. Is this normal? Does eBay ban them. Why can't I email eBay??!!

You can start an Unpaid Item case 2 or more complete days after end of auction.  If they still don't pay close it after another 4 complete days to end transaction and get your fee back from ebay.  If all sellers do that the buyers would eventually be suspended.
