EBay's HQ address in London is given in the first page of the user agreement. They will not give you their solicitor's address.

With so little information about what happened it's impossible to offer you any meaningful advice.

If you believe that eBay's actions have contravened the user agreement and led to a loss of orders I suggest that you start by writing to them by recorded delivery post. You never know, they might even admit to a mistake, and deal with it. Or explain why they claim they were entitled to do this. If they don't reply, at least you have evidence that you tried to resolve it.

It is likely to be much harder than you imagine to sue eBay for damages. Don't even think about it without obtaining legal advice. If you sued eBay and lost you could be liable for substantial costs.
