How do you contact ebay? None of their standard resolutions are relevant or helpful

I wanted to return an item which was not as specified. The seller provided a return address, which turned out to be incorrect but if I click on 'ask ebay to step in' it takes me back to the page which tells me the return address. 

I can't find any emails or contact info for ebay which work. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks

You need to open a Not as Described dispute in the Resolution Centre

Escalate your case after 3 working days if seller has not sent you a return label, this will allow ebay t step in.
