How do you block someone sending you inappropriate messages

I seem to have attracted someone with a fetish, and I no longer wish to recieves these bizarre messages.
How do I block or report the person?

Some strange people out there.   Put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BidderBlockLogin

and then tick "Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" at the bottom of this:

http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences
