adding to the advice already given -

To be counted as an expert one has to have a track record of knowledge, answering questions, helping etc and then ebay would consider making you an 'expert'.

Then you could answer on the  'member to member' boards.

On the help from community experts member to member board only community experts can reply.

You should be able to respond on all the other boards.

the member to member board can only be answered by people chosen by ebay, it isn't an open board

Well instead of responding the way you did to the feedback why not try and get it removed by Ebay on the basis it was abusive? Your response MAY confirm the buyers view unfortunately.

as with most things on Ebay it is not so easy to do - I looked at getting it removed but the link to report a abusive buyer didn't have a option to do that

as for "MAY confirm the buyers view unfortunately" in all honesty I really don't care - if people took the time to look at my feedback they would see we don't do that sort of thing. I did email the buyer in question and explained the reason why we refund when a case is opened and if they wanted to purchase the item at the same price I would create a new listing but got no response apart from the negative feedback - Yes its annoying when things don't arrive but sometimes items do go missing with Royal Mail and due to the small value it is pointless us using a tracked service. What these buyers don't get is that there 1 negative feedback is really not going to have any impact on my sales - 1850 in 12 months with 5 negs means we must be doing something right

"we have lives" in my opinion as an answer to a genuine question is rude - as you can see i'm new to these boards so didn't understand what they were about - if you had just answered "we aren't here all the time, we answer when we can" then I would have understood
