Not necessary as eBay automatically send Invoices and payment reminders once an item is sold ... unless the buyer is overseas and/or needs to pay increased shipping costs, requests combined shipping costs for multiple purchases or requests an alternative postal /shipping method, then Seller issues revised invoices using  a PC/Laptop ... if you have a Non payer ? >

Check the eBay Auto open, actioned  and Auto close > Unpaid/Late payers/Cancel case process which  can be closed after 5 days to recover your selling fees and give timewasters a non payment strike  

Sellers can also set their Preferences to handle Unpaid cases manually >
