How do i close a ‘buyer paid - send now’

Originally the buyer was collecting but then I posted it. I can't scan to confirm collection as there is nothing to scan. I have asked the buyer to mark up her end that it has been received but nothing. It has been like this for 3 weeks and i have no way of removing it.

The buyer can not mark as received it is down to you. 

You can go to the seller hub and under Orders mark as Dispatched

Thanks for the reply. Either i am not looking in the right place or there is no option. Because is was to be collected i can’t mark as dispatched when it was posted.

You can mark as Paid and dispatched under Orders on the seller hub. Dispatched can be either posted or collected

Where do i find the sellers hub? I presumed that was where items sold was.
