I have found a previous solution to my question....from 2017 which says "Go to My eBay > Account > Communication Preferences. Find Buyer and expand the menu by clicking show. Scroll to the bottom of the list and change Product Reviews to Off."...
Unfortunately I already have this set as "off", but still receive the emails.
