How do I stop “Reserve not Met” being added to items I want to relist?

Hello, please can someone explain how I stop relisted items having "Reserve not Met" automatically added to the listing? This has been happening for quite a few days. I have checked the listings carefully and the box for adding this facility is definitely not ticked.

It should be possible to edit, BUT end the listing and then relist using "List Similar" and edit making sure that the reserve box is left blank before clicking "Submit".

I can't see any of your listings with reserves!! I can't see any either on completed items. The Minimum Reserve is £50 and the Fees are 4% of the reserve, rather expensive and reserves should be avoided.

If you use automatic relist don't use it. 7 Day auto relists always start and finish on the same day and time. Relist Manually, so that you can vary the days and times, as you are restricting the number of viewers who may for example only visit once or twice a week.
