How do I set up a CHARITY ebay shop rather than a private business ebay shop please

We have an ebay business account, we're set up as a charity with the paypal giving fund BUT it seems we are only able to sell on behalf of the charity as opposed to 'as' the charity.

We have a direct seller allocated also.

As a charity I understand we get free insertion and final value fees but I'm not sure we're being recognised as charity in our ebay business account.

Any advice gratefully received.
