Several items are being listed by unscrupulous traders, who are selling faulty or out of date items and refusing refunds when they are returned.
They say than they cannot be returned once opened, but how else can it be ascertained if they are indeed faulty?
I know that each listing can be reprted, but the standard multiple choice just isn't enouigh to properly explain what their scam is.
