How do I report a buyer

I've had 3 sellers from Singapore being the latest one. They make an offer and ask me to contact them via Whatsapp. I Accept the offer and then the account disappears this is the message.

How do I report , its very un nerving.

If they are no longer a registered user then they have been removed from ebay by ebay.

All items have to be bought through ebay 

By asking you to contact through Whatsapp you are doing an off ebay sale and not allowed

Ebay will suspend or restrict accounts

Did you buy and pay?.

If you did and not through ebay then you have no money back guarantee

Thank you, I was selling items and they wanted to buy but when I accepted their details disappeared. I did not contact them via Whatsapp as I thought that seemed strange, and wondered why they didnt just message me throught Ebay.
