How do you propose listing on ebay. If using a laptop then you transfer photographs to laptop and then add to your listing. There are many ways of doing this, and you will need to read instructions for your phone.
If you are going to use phone for making your listings then it should be possible to use photos already in the phone, but you would need to be using the Ebay app.
