How do I give a buyer a partial refund

Hi Im trying to give a partial refund to a customer and though ebays site alludes to a drop down menu I cant find it, it may be beacuase I ahve arranged the refund privately before the customer has raised a dispute with EbaY i have refunded this way before but for the llife of me cant find a way and dont want to annoy my customer.

Can anyone help and give me step by step instructions.

REFUND is in the Drop Down Menu at ACTIONS, you just edit the amount. FULL refunds have to be made through a case then you get a refund of the selling fee. There is no refund for Partial refunds.
