How do I get to talk to someone from eBay or how to get on to live chat

Of course unless it is something that only ebay can deal with, such as your personal details, you would do far better to ask here. You will get a faster response and a better answer. Ebay CS has a nasty habit of telling members what thry want to here, which is not often the correct answer.

Click on "eBay Help", top right of page (or from My eBay pages it's "Help & Contact", top left).  Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that.  Select a topic, the nearest or any topic.  On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".  You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link.
