How do I get the right refund amount....

Trying to refund a buyer for an item lost in the post. No matter what values I put in the boxes, it won't let me submit  ?

What the hell are these two values supposed to be ? Buyer bought 2 at 9.99 but with a multi buy discount.

Someone tell me I'm missing something obvious.

you only need to fill in one of the boxes with the total the buyer paid, I use the bottom box

your buyer paid £17.98 you need to put that much in the bottom box
