How do I get passed the printed label bit?

Hi, this is the first time I am returning an item. I have opened a returns case as required, but as I haven't got a printer I can't click on the ebay or royal mail label choice, and there is no other choice to click on for putting in 'Other' to get passed this stage. Yet I have to input a Tracker reference, how do I do this?

Ask a friend with printer to print label for you.

If you use ebay supplied label, tracking updates when you post item.

If you pay return postage (has to be tracked) yourself, seller does not have to refund this cost as they supplied label.

When posted, contact ebay to update tracking info.
