How do I get a collection code for a parcel

I have an item I’ve ordered that is waiting for me in my local shop but I need a collection code to collect it but I’ve not received one

You will have to contact ebay at the top of the page under Help and contact then scroll down the page for contact details

You have to make sure you collect within 7 days or you could lose the item or money

Not sure how this works under lockdown
