How do I e-mail EBay to relate a very serious problem with my account, this is preventing me paying for items I have commited to buy, much to the annoyance of sellers and myself.

I receive in the Pay Now widow a message telling me to ammend  my address!

This is the address I have had for the last 36 years and the same address I have had in the 15 years or so that I have made thousands of purchases on EBay. I have no oppotunity to pay as the pay now button is greyed out and this leaves me breaking the contract to pay. I have had several cases upheld against me.

what the hell is going on at EBay and how do I talk about this with a human being? I tried to upload a screenshot of the message on the pay window, but EBay but EBay do not allow this, how very unhelpful!

There is no email for eBay,  but contact them this way.

Scroll to the very bottom of the page on the link below you will be able to access eBay Customer Services via a Live Chat and sometimes there is a Call Back available. Both options will give you an approximate waiting time, it is usually only a few minutes.
