English is not my mother language. I try to explain what happend.
I used forwarding comapny and need Tracking no. to distinguish the items by company
Recently I bought a tools kit.
After send the item, I request the tracking No. the seller said there's no Tr.No. on Large Letter on Royal mail
but I received e-mail from ebay that the item have send with Tr.No.
I request on write an e-mail to seller, that has Tracking no. and regist on ebay
The seller told me that's not work ?
I reply with capture of e-mail from ebay . but he said it does'nt work ! and not registed the number.
and I asking him why are you so stick ? and he answer to me , he's insulted from me so he'll pay back
and block me on ebay ?! In an hour he send me money back and block me.
addly he write to me, I need to grow and called me 'little boy'
as reply I sent 'listen the other peoples talk to you, old man'
and I'll feedback as negative , but I do not yet
Then he finally he do reported to ebay as a swindler(?), ...
here's message :
"You have been reported to eBay about your disgusting behavior, And I’m glad to have canceled your transaction as I believe that the forwarding company you are using is all part of a Scam to “Report an item not delivered” and defraud Me of my payment and keep the money and goods!
YOU GOT FOUND OUT!
I will delete all messages unread "
How do I do now ? it's first time on my life !
pls tell me what you think !
Not all postage methods are tracked
Depends on the size of the tool kit
If it was a 1st or 2nd class packet then there would have been a 16 digit code on the reciept
which acts as tracked for ebay.
If they had that then it they should have put it on the listing.
Problem is many sellers do not like to have a third party involved like a forwarding company.
You have got into a word dispute with the seller and they have refunded
Just move on and forget it
The seller can not leave you bad feedback
YOur feedback looks good and your English is better than I can speak a foreign language.
Just forget it and move on.
these are the UK boards and you are in South Korea, best log into your designated site - http://global.gmarket.co.kr/Home/Main
All this argument was unnecessary.
EBay does not require sellers to use tracking. What it says is that if they buyer complains that their item did not arrive, and the seller can't prove that it was delivered, they will have to refund the buyer. So you were well protected.
You need to read and understand how eBay works. I understand your difficulty with English. You are registered in Korea, isn't that site in your own language?
I think you should have listened to the seller when he said there was no tracking number and not been rude to him,
not all postage services give tracking numbers
