I have an issue with a faulty product.
I have contacted the seller but he is not very helpful so how can I get directly in touch with ebay to resolve this
Is all there in the Help Pages. You have 30 days to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and open a Case for Item Not As Described. Escalate the Case after 4 days for Ebay to Step in.
Nothing you can do if you are passed the 30 days. Neither EBay or PayPal offer any Warranties.
