How do I contact Ebay to complain about an item bought 4 months ago that has stopped working. All the links on the website go to standard articles ( no use) and Automated messages just go round in circles.

I am unable to contact the seller.

Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive

and not a warranty.

Any warranty is between you and the seller.

If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.

If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.

See the bottom of the page on the link where it says

Ebay Money Back Guarantee is not a product  warranty

If you read the money back guarantee you will see that it is only for 30 days. After that it is between you and seller. 

If a Business Seller consult CitizensAdvise, if a private seller  or overseas nothing you can do.

Brilliant! I will not be buying from eBay again.
The seller in China has disappeared, so I have no redress.
I will stick to Amazon in future, who are a lot more professional.
