Where it says your id Hello at the top of the page you can click on the little down arrow and then click
the photo box or you can go to your My ebay page then scroll down on the left of the page to Shortcuts page then Profile
When you click on that a box comes up with Edit Profile
Click on the little pencil like icon in the top left of the picture box
Add your photo then Done editing
