How do I change my email address listed on the main auction body contact?

For example, go to my link below:

Go to "Business Seller Information" then choose complete info.
This is an old address I no longer use. This is not my account login email.
I cannot find where to change this.

Can someone help?

my ebay >>> account tab >>> selling preferences >>> business seller preferences >>> Display business seller information on listings >>> edit
