How do I cancel a case that has been opened?

Buyer opened a case against me as item was not received after 5 days (sent 2nd class) but they have since received the item (they have left me positive feedback) I have asked them to cancel the case ( am unable to access money on Paypal) but they havent responded. What can I do??

DO NOT escalate case yourself, or ebay will refund buyer.

The buyer needs to close or it will time out after 32 days in your favour.
