How do I block buyers who deliberately don't pay? And have a track record of doing this to others.

Couple of jokers buy items and never pay and clearly do not intend to pay, just do it to mess people about. They have done this to many others before me.

Issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days to end transaction and get your fee refunded.   More info:

Put their ID on your blocked bidder list:
